What a Boy!!!

I went out this morning to pick up this track that I got off of freecycle, Rick has spent most of the day setting it up and fixing it until it was fast enough for the cars to go spinning off the track and across the room. It is really a lot of fun to watch. I really got the track for GB, and he is having fun now that it is working, but Rick enjoyed the set up. He had to take the little motors apart and glue some stuff together and then he had to sand all of the electric connectors so that it was fast enough for the cars to go through the loop. What fun!!

DQ had a really great week. We received a note from the school saying that she will start violin next week, so we got her a violin. She was so excited!! The same day she got the violin she also got her ears pierced. (She had them done a while ago, but it didn't work well so we decided to try it again.) She loves them.
