No sudoku for you!!!!!!!!!

Ok, one reason I haven't been blogging is that I have been playing way to much sudoku. If any one is not familiar http://show.websudoku.com/?
Last night while watching TV, (can Trump be anymore obnoxious?) I finished a couple of puzzles and asked Rick to print me out some more. His reply was.."No sudoku for you." Of course, I almost ended up on the floor from laughing so hard. Sudoku Nazi. If you don't understand why that whole incident was so funny, then watch some "Seinfield" reruns.

We are just waiting for spring to get here, it has been extremely cold the past few days.

Rick had last week off and the kids had a long weekend so we went to a few museums. The kids enjoyed the Science Center of Ct, mainly because they were doing an exhibit about snakes. I try not to project my fears onto the kids, so I braved the display of snakes. If there is one thing I can't stand is snakes, give me big hairy spiders any day, but I can't even look at a picture of a snake without getting wiged out. I was glad Rick was there to sit with the kids while they did a live demonstration with a python, I browsed the gift shop.

I have a big install coming up if a few days, I will post some pics after. I guess I never posted pics of my previous project so here are some. Rick was amazing in that he wrote a computer program for me to calculate the width of the spaces and pleats for pleated draperies. This is usually the most time consuming and frustrating process, and now thanks to "Tracys' magic panel calculator" it takes just a few seconds. I knew I married him for a reason!

Snowing and such...

Kind of a busy couple of weeks. Not necessarily had a lot to do, but had a lot on our minds.

We are glad to hear that grandma is home from the hospital and doing better. We are planning a trip out there in April, and look forward to spending time with her and grandpa.

Also, dealing with the "loss" of our nephew. (see Karins' blog) DQ is the one that is taking it hard, she just loved spending time with him at Christmas.

The kids are home from school today. We got a huge storm yesterday, I think the final total was 26" of snow. It took me 3 hours to clear the driveway. Of course as soon as you clear the driveway a plow comes by and buries you again. The snowbanks at the end of our driveway are almost as tall as me.

I have another job that I am working on, some pleated valances, roman shades, and pinch pleat panels. Will try and get them done in the next week.

I have been dealing with some heath issues. Had a bunch of blood work done and everything came back fine. So maybe it is all in my head. I am just extra tired. Rick and the kids have been very helpful, so that is nice. I am feeling better than last week so I think I am getting better.

Rick has some time off next week and the kids have a few days off of school, so we might do some family things. We were going to go the the Bronx Zoo, but with 26" of snow on the ground it might be more trouble than it is worth.

Well, I need to make some lunch for the kids.
