Seattle

Well, we had a wonderful time ion Seattle, it is so good to spend time with extended family. The traveling part of the trip left something to be desired. Lets just say that the only way I am flying "American Airlines" again is with the voucher they gave us. You know it is a bad trip when a $1000 voucher doesn't seem like enough. But we are all safe and there is something to be said about that.
Enough of the bad.

It was great to see Karin and Mike and their "boys" (boys is used lightly because they are almost men).

Rick's dad made it out from Wisconsin.

We stayed with CJ and Ross and their dogs, Bob and Slick.

While in Seattle we visited the Science Center,

Pike Place Market,

and DQ's favorite "Queen Mary's Tea Room".

I feel the need to apologize to our Seattle hosts, CJ and Ross, who are not pictured at their best here. The problem is that we were bound by previous contract obligations with Bob and Slick's agent to show the best pictures of THEM on the blog, and, by keeping our commitment there, the best pictures of our aforementioned hosts were not shown. Sorry, but the dogs set the rules.

Oh, but they made me laugh soooooo hard!!! They're terrific. And so typical. (Of course, Ross hasn't seen them yet.)
